Folks in their 20s through early 40s gather as a community that dares to bring both its doubts and its hopes, and to support each other in looking at life through a different lens. We get together once a month in for dinner and social time, to share the language, culture, and humor of seekers in this range of ages.

Fall 2008 schedule in Neighborhood House:
Theology on Tap!
Dinner, drinks, and some theological conversation – we gather at 5:30 for food, drinks, music - and whatever questions of hope and life come to mind. Right now, we're cracking open basic questions of faith using the outline in the back of the Prayer Book (but going wherever we want with it), then using The Irresistible Revolution: Living as an Ordinary Radical, by Shane Claiborne, as our summer read. Shane, a cool guy in his early 30s who actually lives and works here in Philly, founded an alternative religious community called the Simple Way where the members live and work among the poor. All great ways to go deeper together in the connections with each other and with ourselves. Rsvp for dinner or childcare, by emailing the Rev. Susan Richardson, srichardson@christchurchphila.org.
Oct 19 Come back together after summer break, over our favorite Mexican food - plus wine, beer, soft drink of your choice.
Nov 23 Potluck - drinks provided by the church.
Dec 14 Another dishy meal provided by the church - cuisine TBA. Bring a drink and a colleague or neighbor.
Rsvp for dinner or childcare, or get more info, by emailing the Rev. Susan Richardson, srichardson@christchurchphila.org.
